IC Series

Low Conductivity Ion Exchange Cartridges

Maintains electrical conductivity <5 µS/cm in glycol-water coolants and heat transfer fluids

The IC Series mixed-bed ion exchange cartridges contain high-capacity resin media that captures ionic contaminants (Na⁺, Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Cl⁻, SO₄²⁻) as coolant flows through, preventing electrical conductivity rise that can cause leakage currents, corrosion, and equipment damage. Compatible with low-conductivity glycol-water blends and Dynalene heat transfer coolant products. Available in six sizes with FNPT or barbed connections.

Contamination Removal Ion Exchange Cartridges

Selectively removes specific ionic contaminants from process fluids and coolants

The CR Series uses targeted ion exchange resin formulations to remove specific contaminants — heavy metals, anions, or cations — without full demineralization. Ideal for industrial HTF loops, process cooling systems, and applications where selective ion removal is required to restore fluid specification compliance. Compatible with water-based and glycol-based fluids.

DYI Series

Laboratory & Industrial Scale Deionization Systems

Provides maximum ion removal in water — from 1 to 40 GPM for medical, food processing, chemical and semiconductor applications

Dynalene DYI series deionization systems are designed and tested for maximum ion removal in water, ranging from small laboratory scale (1–10 GPM) to large industrial scale applications (up to 40 GPM). These systems are easy to install, can be wall-mounted or bought with a stand, and are ideal for making DI water on-site to be blended with glycol to make a glycol-water solution.
