Bag & Sock Filter Media

Felt filter bags in Nylon, Polypropylene, Polyester & Teflon® — 1 to 25 µm — -50°F to 450°F

The Dynalene BG Series felt filter bags deliver high-efficiency particulate removal across all Dynalene heat transfer fluids and a wide range of industrial chemistries. Available in four materials to cover operating temperatures from -50°F to 450°F, with 1–25 µm micron ratings and up to 2× the dirt-holding capacity of standard filter bags. Designed for use with DYS Series filter vessels and compatible third-party housings. Thermally welded seams prevent bypass under high differential pressure.

Cartridge Filter Media

Progressive depth filtration with high sediment-holding capacity — 0.5 to 200 µm

The Dynalene CD Series cartridge filters protect processes by providing high efficiency filtration. These depth filters offer a choice of filtration media, support cores, and materials to enable compatibility with most applications. For potable water to aggressive chemicals, the CD Series cartridges provide progressive depth filtration with high sediment-holding-capacity. Filter cartridges are available from 0.5 to 200 micron ratings for polishing to pre-filtration. These cartridges are systematically tested with Dynalene fluids for compatibility and are available for purchase in small and large quantities.

Bag & Sock Filter Vessels

Heavy-duty bag filter housings — 15 to 100 GPM — Carbon Steel, 304 SS & 316 SS

The Dynalene DYS Series sock and bag filter vessels are heavy-duty housings engineered for high-flow particulate removal in industrial heat transfer and process fluid systems. Fluid enters the side inlet, passes through the BG Series filter bag supported by an internal stainless steel basket, and exits through the bottom outlet — clean and particulate-free. Available in four sizes in carbon steel or stainless steel with NPT or flanged connections and ASME code stamping upon request.

The Dynalene DYC Series cartridge filter vessels deliver precision fine-particle removal down to sub-micron levels. Fluid flows from outside to inside the CD Series depth filter cartridges, with particulates trapped within the cartridge media matrix. Configurable from 1 to 50 cartridges for flows up to 100 GPM, in carbon steel or stainless steel with NPT or flanged connections. Ideal for critical fluid polishing applications where tight particulate control is required.
