Dynalene’s nano-materials are a result of several years of R&D starting with our Dynalene’s Nanodiamond. Two types of Dynalene Nanodiamonds, ND 50 and ND 90 are available currently. Dynalene’s nanodiamond products are used in many specialized processes such as enhancing the properties of material composites, improving lubrication in mechanical systems, coating to provide wear resistance, bio-medical application, and drug delivery. These particles, in a fluid medium, can also be used as abrasive slurry to clean semiconductor wafers.
Dynalene also manufactures highly-charged cationic nano-particles (Dynalene CNP) and anionic nanoparticles (Dynalene ANP). These nanoparticles can be purchased both in slurry and powder form. These nano-particles are used in certain ion-exchange and purification systems, bio-medical imaging, sensors, environmental remediation, etc. Due to their high surface to volume ratio, these nanoparticles are very reactive and can enhance various properties in finished consumer products.
