SX Series

Benchtop & Low Flow Desiccation Systems

Compact, portable moisture removal for low-flow and laboratory fluid loops

The Fluidry® SX Series is designed for bench-top or low-flow-rate desiccation applications. Fluid flows through a replaceable desiccant bag packed with M Series molecular sieve media, capturing dissolved water from hydrocarbons, silicone oils, transformer oil, refrigerants, and lubricants. The adjustable carbon steel stand makes it easy to integrate into any lab or small-scale process loop.

Industrial moisture removal with integrated particulate filtration — NPT or flanged

The Fluidry® TX Series handles moderate to high-flow-rate moisture removal from hydrocarbons, silicone oils, transformer oil, refrigerants, and lubricants. Internal post-filters prevent desiccant particulates from entering the fluid stream. Includes drain ports and pressure gauge connections for full process monitoring. Available with NPT or flange connections, and fully customizable to your pressure rating requirements.

HX Series

High-Performance Multi-Cartridge Desiccation Systems

2 to 8 cartridge systems, 3–16 GPM, quick-disconnect, spill-free — CS, 304 SS & 316 SS

The Fluidry® HX Series is Dynalene's flagship desiccation platform — engineered for user-friendly, spill-free operation in demanding industrial environments. Quick-disconnect fittings with automatic shut-off allow cartridge changeouts without shutting down the main loop or spilling fluid. The system is adjustable for different flow rates based on real-time moisture content, and includes nitrogen blanketing and vacuum ports to prevent ice formation at sub-zero temperatures. Available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 cartridge configurations in Carbon Steel, 304 SS, or 316 SS.

Hydrocarbon Heat Transfer Fluids

Removes dissolved moisture from Dynalene MV, HF-LO, and other hydrocarbon HTF loops — preventing acid formation, oxidation, and corrosion at both sub-zero and high-temperature operating conditions.

SX / TX / HX Series

Silicone Heat Transfer Fluids

Maintains ultra-low moisture content in Dynalene SF and silicone-based fluid systems — critical for preventing viscosity changes, foam generation, and heat transfer efficiency loss in precision temperature control applications.

Transformer & Dielectric Oil

Maintains moisture below 10–30 ppm in transformer insulation oils — preserving high dielectric breakdown voltage and preventing electrical shorting, paper insulation degradation, and transformer failure.

Sub-Zero & Cryogenic Loops

Prevents ice crystal formation in low-temperature heat transfer loops — eliminating blocked valves, fouled heat exchanger surfaces, and restricted piping caused by trace water freezing inside the fluid circuit.

Lubricants & Hydraulic Fluids

Removes water contamination from gear oils, hydraulic fluids, and lubricants — preventing rust, bearing corrosion, viscosity breakdown, and additive depletion that shorten equipment service life.
