WHITEHALL, PA, UNITED STATES, September 22, 2026 — Dynalene, Inc. is pleased to announce its participation in the 2026 OCP Global Summit, the Open Compute Project’s premier annual event, taking place October 12–15, 2026 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California. This year’s summit theme, “Scaling Innovation for the AI Era,” speaks directly to the challenges Dynalene is helping data center operators solve every day.
Featured Presentation: “Fluid Monitoring: From Sensors to Insights”
On Wednesday, October 15 at 3:35 PM in Room 220C (SJCC, Concourse Level), Dynalene R&D Manager Dr. Sreya Dutta will co-present a joint session entitled “Fluid Monitoring: From Sensors to Insights.” with other industry leaders.
Session Abstract:
Real-time monitoring of propylene glycol-based coolants is critical to reliable liquid-cooled data center operation. Periodic sampling and offline analysis leave gaps in which contamination, corrosion, or degradation can progress undetected. Online sensors provide continuous visibility, but their diagnostic value depends on the fluid type and upset condition.
This presentation provides practical guidance for online coolant monitoring and evaluates sensor response to upsets across IAT, OAT, and low-conductivity coolants. It covers vendor-agnostic selection and deployment considerations, including accuracy, material compatibility, flow, communications, installation approach, serviceability, and leak management. Controlled-upset results are compared with lab data to show how coolant chemistry influences sensor readings and which measurements provide the greatest diagnostic value.
Meet the Dynalene Team
Michael Consalazio (Business Development Manager) and Dr. Sreya Dutta (R&D Manager) will be attending the full summit from October 12–15. Whether you’re evaluating coolant options for a new liquid-cooled deployment or looking to extend fluid life in an existing facility, the Dynalene team is ready to talk. If you’re attending the show and would like to meet up with us, please email michaelc@dynalene.com or sreyad@dynalene.com.
Dynalene’s expertise in data center cooling spans the complete fluid lifecycle:
- Data Center Coolants: Our offerings feature the Dynalene PG-D Series of propylene glycol-based coolants for direct-to-chip (DTC) cooling. Formulated from USP-grade propylene glycol, this series includes Dynalene PG-D25, which has earned OCP Accepted™ status. We also offer traditional propylene glycol and ethylene glycol-based coolants for facility water loops found in modern data centers. For immersion cooling, we offer the Dynalene PAO Series of polyalphaolefin-based dielectric fluids. Dynalene has successfully fulfilled large-scale global orders of up to one million gallons per project.
- Fluid Care Program: We offer testing of the heat transfer fluids in data center’s technical and facility loops, and can monitor physical and chemical properties including pH, glycol concentrations, reserve alkalinity, electrical conductivity, turbidity, inhibitor concentration, contaminants (e.g., Cl–, SO42-, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Si) and glycol breakdown products over duration of use. In addition, we can measure a variety of other properties including thermo-physical properties (e.g., thermal conductivity, specific heat, viscosity, density etc.), microbial count, foaming, corrosion, thermal stability, and as per standards like ASTM.
- Filtration & Desiccation: To prevent contamination, corrosion, and fluid degradation, our fluid cleaning equipment is engineered specifically for thermal fluid loop conditions. We also offer bag filters, string-wound filter cartridges, and filter vessels for particulate removal, alongside moisture removal and desiccation systems that range from compact benchtop units to large industrial systems.
About the Open Compute Project
The Open Compute Project (OCP) brings at-scale innovations and hyperscaler best practices to all, spanning technology domains from the data center to the edge, and the technology stack from silicon, to systems, to site facilities and services. The international OCP Community is made up of organizations and people from hyperscale, neocloud and cloud data center operators, communications providers, colocation providers, diverse enterprises, and technology providers. With The OCP Tenets of Openness, Impact, Efficiency, Scale and Sustainability, the OCP Foundation engages with industry ecosystems, our growing membership, and educates thousands of engineers and industry leaders, every year. Across many projects and initiatives, the OCP Foundation and its Community are meeting the AI Data Center market evolution today and shaping the future. Learn more at: www.opencompute.org.
