IC Series Resin Cartridge



IC Series ion exchange resin cartridge offered by Dynalene are designed and tested extensively for greater ion removal on low conductivity heat transfer fluid products including, our Dynalene LC and FC series heat transfer fluid products. These cartridges can be easily installed in system operating up to 200°F (93°C). We offer IC-070 and IC-093 which is designed to operate up to 158°F (70°C) and 200°F (93°C) respectively. Our resin cartridge products which are currently used in low conductivity cooling applications such as fuel cell and battery cooling can be custom designed for your systems. More info

EC Series Resin Cartridge

EC Series ion exchange resin cartridge is specially designed and tested to maintain low electrical conductivity in the electronics and computer cooling applications. These cartridges extensively tested for long term ion removal in a closed liquid cooling loop and are designed to operate at 167°F (80°C). The EC series ion exchange cartridges which are 1 inch in diameter and 3.5 inch in height is available in different colors. These cartridges were specially designed for a smaller cooling loop where maintaining the electrical conductivity of the liquid coolant becomes important.More info

IC Series Resin Cartridge
IC Series ion exchange resin cartridge for ion removal in low conductivity heat transfer fluid products is an ideal media for use with Dynalene Low Conductivity Heat Transfer Fluid such as Dynalene LC and FC series. These ion exchange resin cartridges can also be used with other heat transfer fluids and applications that requires maintaining low conductivity in DI water. Contact us before using it in the system containing other heat transfer fluid and discuss your application. We offer IC-070 and IC-093 which is designed to operate up to 158°F (70°C) and 200°F (93°C) respectively, in various size and flow rate capabilities. The IC series product offering has been tested for maximum ion removal capacity and needs to be replaced periodically for maximum operating efficiency.

IC-070
IC070 ion exchange resin cartridge is designed for ion removal in the heat transfer fluid in applications which requires constant low conductivity operation. These cartridges are designed for the system with operating temperature up to 158°F (70°C). IC070 is tested extensively and optimized for maximum operating efficiency for extended operating cycles.



IC-090
IC093 high temperature ion exchange resin cartridge is designed for ion removal in the heat transfer fluid operating at elevated temperature. These cartridges are designed for the system with operating temperature up to 200°F (93°C). They are tested extensively and optimized for maximum operating efficiency for extended operating cycles in systems. Our high temperature ion exchange resin cartridge product can be custom designed for your application.



EC Series resin cartridge
Maintaining the electrical conductivity of the liquid coolant is important in a direct cooling application where the coolant is in direct contact with the electronic circuit. However, in indirect cooling applications the electrical conductivity can be important if there are leaks and/or spillage of the fluids onto the electronics. In these applications where water based fluids with corrosion inhibitors are generally used, the electrical conductivity of the liquid coolant mainly depends on the ion concentration in the fluid stream. Therefore, the higher the ionic concentration, larger is the electrical conductivity of the fluid. The increase in the ion concentration in a closed loop fluid stream may occur due to ion leaching from metals and nonmetal components that the coolant fluid is in contact with. During operation, the electrical conductivity of the fluid may increase to a level which could be harmful for the cooling system.
